Welcome to Lessons From the Psalms with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Psalm 74. Psalm 74 is attributed to the worship leader Asaph. After reading the entire psalm I will suggest that anyone that did not listen to Psalm 73 to do so. Psalm 74 is a psalm of lament and the author reminds God several times of the fact that He has saved his people, Israel, from destruction before and pleads with Him to do it again.
