Welcome to Lessons From the Psalms with Bill Kelley. Today we will be looking at Psalm 40. In this psalm David is thanking God for delivering him from a situation that he had found himself in. I have an idea that it could have been when King Saul was pursuing David and attempting to kill him (prior to David becoming king of Israel). I will go over several verses that can help us today when things in our life are not going the way that we would like.
