Welcome to Lessons From the Psalms with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Psalm 31. Psalm 31 was written by King David. David was a king in Israel that lived about 3,000 years ago. He is known as a man after God's own heart. This psalm is an example of why people read the Book of Psalms more than any other book of the Bible. They read it for comfort, to put their heart at peace. After reading this entire psalm I will focus on the trust that David put in His God.
