Welcome to Lessons From the Psalms with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Psalm 117. Psalm 117 is an anonymous psalm and is the shortest of all the psalms (only consisting of two verses). After reading this short psalm I will briefly go over each of the two verses - primarily that we are to give Praise to the Lord - we should live our lives with this thought at all times. Verse 2 tells everyone why we should praise Him - first of all that He is merciful toward us, and that the truth of His word (the Bible) will endure forever.
