Welcome to Lessons From the Psalms with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Psalm 112. Psalm 112 is an anonymous psalm and is entitled The Blessed State of the Righteous. After reading this short psalm, I will break it down verse by verse. This psalm talks about the benefits one can receive if the follow the commandments of God. The three takeaways from this psalm I would like to highlight are:
1. Blessed is the man who fears the Lord, Who delights greatly in His commandments.
2. His heart is steadfast, trusting in the Lord.
3. The desire of the wicked shall perish.
