Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 16. I will then introduce you to my special guest for the day - Ray New. Ray is a good friends of mine who is a member of my Thursday morning men's golf group. He was born in 1938, and was married in 1960. On today's podcast he will discuss verse 7 from Proverb 16. He discusses how this verse has shown itself in his life on a number of occasions over the years. He shares a little bit about his early childhood and a good deal about his parents. He discusses how he made the decision to receive Jesus as his Lord and Savior at an early age. He discusses his college experience as an engineering major and how he met the love of his life while in college. The recently celebrated their 65th anniversary. He shares some wisdom as to how their marriage has lasted for so long. He will close by discussing how important having Jesus in his life is.
