Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 13. I will then key in on verse 14 - The law of the wise is a fountain of life, To turn one away from the snares of death. Friends, this refers to the importance of opening up (and reading) the scriptures (the Bible) on a regular basis. If we do that we will acquire wisdom in navigating life on a regular basis. On today's podcast we will continue our study of the Gospel, according to Luke. Today we will be going over the first 8 verses of Chapter 18. This passage of scripture is entitled the Persistent Widow. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:
1. The disciple is to go boldly to God for that which is needed
2. Because this widow troubles me, I will avenge her.
3. When the Son of Man comes, will He really find faith on the earth?
