Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 4. I will then key in on verse 6 - For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding. Friends, I began this podcast because the Holy Spirit asked me to. He told me that everyone in the world needs wisdom. This particular podcast begins the fourth year of this podcast. What I've learned is that the Lord wants each of us to have knowledge, understanding, and wisdom. The only way we will get those is to open the Bible up and read it for ourselves. On today's podcast I will continue our study of the Book of Ephesians. Today we will go over verses 11-14 of Chapter 4. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:
1. Gifted leaders are responsible for the equipping of the saints.
2. The church needs to work diligently at moving babes in Christ on to maturity.
3. Having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness.
