Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 26. I will then key in on verses 24-26. These verses tell us the importance of not lying. the Bible tells us that lying is one of the seven things that God absolutely hates - and we should do all we can to avoid telling lies at all costs. On today's podcast I will be continuing my study of the Book of Ephesians. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:
1. Jesus Christ is the true cornerstone.
2. But earnestly desire the best gifts, And yet I show you a more excellent way.
3. We are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation.

Call to Action - Are you aware of the consequences of telling lies? Do you lie from time to time? Do you feel it is OK to tell a lie (under the right circumstances)? Friends, if you answered yes to that question, I invite you to pray to God like this - Father God, I confess that I have lied in the past. I ask that you forgive me of those lies. I repent, and purpose in my heart to stop telling lies. Help me in this pursuit, I pray, in Jesus' name. Amen.
