719. Habakkuk -Chapter 1 (#1) O Lord, How long shall I cry, And you Will not hear? January 2, 2025

Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 2. I will then key in on verses 10 & 11 - When wisdom enters your heart, And knowledge is pleasant to your soul, Discretion will preserve you; Understanding will keep you. Friends, my prayer is that everyone listening to today's podcast have a desire to acquire wisdom in their lives. On today's podcast I will be beginning a new study on the minor prophet Habakkuk. Habakkuk is a prophet that stands out. He is the only prophet that had the "nerve" to ask God difficult questions. That is why I chose this particular book of the Bible. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:
1. O Lord, how long shall I cry And you will not hear?
2. Look among the nations and watch - Be utterly astounded For I will work a work in your days.
3. Discretion will preserve you; Understanding will keep you.
Scripture verses discussed on today's lesson:
Proverb 2; Habakkuk, Chapter 1 - verses 1-11
Call to Action - If you are having prob less in a particular area of your life, I ask that you pray to God and ask Him what's going on? Ask Him if He can help you with what it is that you are dealing with?
