Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 12. I will then introduce you to my special guest for the day, Rakesh Christian. Rakesh is a recent graduate from Charis Bible College. He is a returning guest of this podcast (having previously been on Episode #327 - which aired on June 4, 2023). Rakesh has graciously accepted the invitation to be a regular contributor to this podcast. On today's podcast he will share his verse of the day for Proverb 12 (verse 1). He will then give a brief overview of his previous testimony (sharing how he served five years incarcerated and how that changed his life). He mentions the benefit of having begun a program of reading the proverb of the day every day, as well as reading 5 psalms each day. Following this program will allow one to complete each of these books every single month. He closes with the benefits he gained through IAGs (inter-active groups), a requirement of all 2nd year students at Charis Bible College) which enables people to feel comfortable sharing the gospel (whether it is to a large group of people, or even one-on-one).
