Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 22. I will then introduce you to my special guests for the day, Rex and Karen Roney. Rex has previously been on this podcast (Episode 327 - 9/5/2023), as has Karen - (Episode 432 - 11/28/2023). Rex and Karen have graciously accepted my invitation to become regular contributors to this podcast. On today's podcast Rex and Karen will each share a particular verse from Proverb 22. Karen will then go in pretty great depth as to how she grew during her second year at Charis Bible College - through her IAGs (inter-active groups). In this class Karen harnessed her ability to share the gospel either through preparation or through impromptu teachings. Karen recently graduated as a second year student at Charis. Rex will first of all describe the growth he made as a 3rd year Charis student through the Global Training program. He and Karen are now awaiting the opportunity to begin their new purpose in life - as missionaries. They plan on joining a team that will be going to Miramar (also known as Burma) - a country located between mainland China and India at the end of this calendar year. They will be rejoining this podcast to give details of their trip in about four months.
