Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 17. I will then key in on verse 17 - A friend loves at all times, And a brother is born for adversity. This is a really powerful verse, especially in light of today's lesson. On today's podcast we will continue our study of the Gospel, according to Luke. I will begin the podcast by reviewing the lesson learned on Monday's podcast - where we discussed the Lord's Prayer. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:
1. Please don't visit your friend at midnight.
2. You may end up regretting it (if you do).
3. Being persistent may end up costing you a friend.
Call to Action - Please ponder this question - Do you have any friends (at all) that you would open up your house at midnight to entertain them? Any chance you would consider having more than one (0r two - or more)? After all, we are to be hospitable Christians, correct?
