Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 2. I will then key in on verse 6 - For the Lord gives wisdom; From His mouth come knowledge and understanding. Friends, this verse talks about what should motivate us to get into His word. We will get knowledge, begin to increase our understanding, and eventually will acquire wisdom. On today's podcast we will continue our study of the Gospel according to Luke. We will begin in Chapter 5, verses 25 & 26 - & continue through verse 32. By the end of today's lesson there are three things that I ask that you consider:
1. They glorified God and were filled with fear.
2. Jesus invites Levi (Matthew) to "Follow Me."
3. Those who are well have no need for a physician.
Call to Action - Imagine what it must have been like to be invited to the feast that Matthew threw to celebrate becoming a follower of Jesus.
