Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 22. I will then key in on verse 2. The rich and the poor have this in common, The Lord is the maker of them all. Friends, whether we live a righteous life, or whether we choose to do evil, God will still love us. It is up to us the type of life we choose to live. If we choose righteousness, blessings & good things will follow. Today we will continue our study on the Book of Job. We will be taking a look at Chapter #35 today. By the end of this podcast I would ask that you consider three things:
1. Elihu condemns self-righteousness.
2. Being righteous (or sinning) does not move God.
3. Choosing to do evil will only affect you.
Call to Action - Ask yourself if you are living a righteous life? Or - do you sometimes fall into the mistake that Job made - allowing pride into your life, and making the mistake of trusting your righteousness?
