464. - Job, Chapter #31 - Job's Final Plea with God - January 11, 2024

Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 11. I will then go over verse 3a - The integrity of the upright will guide them. This is the theme of the 31st chapter of Job. We will discuss this chapter in detail. This chapter is 40 verses of discourse that Job has with God, pleading his case of his innocence. Friends, Job is an example of a person who had a close relationship with God and lived a life of integrity. His life previous to Chapters 1 & 2 had been exemplary. People both young and old looked at Job as an example that should be followed. When satan took away his material possessions, all of his children were killed, and his health was taken away from him he could have given up and cursed God (as his wife told him to do), but he didn't do it. He consistently maintained his integrity and never wavered.
