1. Job should repent - Like his friend, Eliphaz, Bildad suggests that Job should repent (about something that he has done in his life).
2. Job got what he deserved - At that time the Book of Job was written the assumption many people had was that bad things only happen to people who are bad themselves (we now know that when bad things happen it is ultimately satan who is the guilty party.)
3. Job should seek God - This is good advice (even for us today)
Call to Action - Ask God (and reflect) how you react when important things that can change your life come against you. Is your first reaction to seek God? Think about it.
