Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 9. I will then go over verses 7-9. These verses talk about the scoffer. I looked up the definition of the word "scoffer" and discovered that it is a person who, basically, does not acknowledge or believe that there is a God. That being the case, let's go to Matthew, Chapter 7, verse 6. Part of that verse discusses not casting your pearls before swine (pigs). That means that we are not to share the important things that scripture has to offer us (with certain people). Many people do NOT want to hear scripture, or about God, or about Jesus. That is OK. It is not what God (or Jesus wants) - see 2 Peter 3:9. However, the reality is that God has given every one of us a fee will. That I something that He will never take away from us. On today's podcast I go over a few scriptures which will discuss this a bit further. Enjoy!
