Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 15. I will then key in on verse 33 - The fear of the Lord is the instruction of wisdom, And before honor is humility. Friends, I am living testimony of this verse. I received Jesus as my Lord and Savior back in 1995. Over the years I have developed a fear of the Lord. In my eyes, my definition of having the fear of the Lord is to answer yes when he asks you to do something. Back in March of 2022, the Holy Spirit woke me up and told me to begin a podcast on wisdom. As a teacher, I welcomed the challenge and said, "Yes, Lord!" Today is podcast #380. The second part of verse 33 says that before honor is humility. When I think of that part of the verse, I can't help but think of Paul's 2nd letter to the church in Corinth. In Chapter 12, verses 9 & 10 it says: "My grace is sufficient for you, nor My strength is made perfect in weakness." In verse 10 it concludes with this comment: "For when I am weak, then I am strong."
