976. Romans Chapter 10 My heart's desire and prayer to God for them is that they may be saved - March 16, 2026

Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 16. I will then key in on verse 5 -

Everyone who is arrogant in heart is an abomination to the Lord; be assured, he will not go unpunished. Friends, if you are arrogant (or prideful) God hates the attitude in which you conduct yourselves. If you have that attitude there will be consequences in some way, shape, or form. On today's podcast we will continue our study of the Book of Romans. Today we will be going over the first thirteen verses of Chapter 10. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:

1. My heart's desire and prayer to God for them is that they may be saved.

2. If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you will be saved.

3. With the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.

Scriptures referenced on today's podcast:

Proverb 16:5; Romans 10:1-13; Galatians 3:7-14; 1 Peter 1:20-21

Call to Action - If you still have any questions about how to become "saved" please go back and reread the Book of Romans, Chapter 10:verses 1-13.
