Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 13. I will then key in on verse 11 - Wealth gained hastily will dwindle, but whoever gathers little by little will increase it. Friends, we need to be consistent in our work endeavors. We need to avoid get rich quick schemes (the lottery). Most people who win the lottery are as bad (financially) or worse than they originally were only a few years after winning the lottery (because they don't understand the importance of money - and are not good stewards of it). On today's lesson we will be continuing our study of the Book of Romans. Today we will be completing Chapter 9 (going over verses 27-33). By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:
1. Only a remnant of them will be saved.
2. Whoever pursues right standing with God through faith in Christ will be saved.
3. Those who pursue right standing with God through the law (what they do in their lives) will not be saved - we can't earn our way into heaven.
