970. Romans Chapter 8 (#5) If God is for us, who can be against us? - March 5, 2026

Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 5. I will then key in on verse 13 - I did not listen to the voice of my teachers or incline my ear to my instructors. Friends, we need to have one or two good Christian brothers that we can (and will) hold ourselves accountable to. All people are tempted (by things which our flesh may desire) - but would not be good for us - if we gave in to the temptation. If you have someone you can reach out to you may be able to resist these temptations. On today's podcast we will be continuing our study of the Book of Romans. Today we will be going over Chapter 8, verses 29-34. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:

1. We have been called, justified, and glorified.

2. If God is for us, who can be against us?

3. Jesus died, was raised from the dead, and now intercedes for us.

Scriptures referenced on today's podcast:

Proverb 5:13; Romans 8:29-34; 1 Corinthians 2:7; Ephesians 1:5; Philippians 3:21; Isaiah 50:8-9; Revelation 12:10-11
