Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 15. I will then key in on verse 9 - The way of the wicked is an abomination to the Lord, but he loves him who pursues righteousness. Friends, a common theme in the Book of Proverbs is the contrast between those who do evil and those that are righteous. This verse tells us that if you are prone to doing evil, you are an abomination to God (He hates it)!; conversely God loves those who pursue righteousness. On today's podcast I will continue my study of the Book of Romans. Today we will be going over Chapter 3, verses 21-31. By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:
1. This right standing with Bod is available to all who believe.
2. All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.
3. Since salvation is through faith, no one can boast before God.
