Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 3. I will then key in on verses 1 and 2. I will go over the importance of reading scripture on a regular basis. My belief is that if you read the Word of God on a regular basis your faith will increase, you will be in better health and live a longer life, and that you will have peace like you have never felt peaceful in your life before. I will then go over Deuteronomy 8:18 and explain that God gives us the power to create wealth. For us to have a successful life, it is not what we do or how smart we are - but, only by the grace of God do we have the ability to be successful in any area of life. I will then go over John 5: verses 16-23 and go over that Jesus said that, in and of Himself, He could do nothing. He could only do what he saw His father, God, doing. I think this is a good example of how we should acknowledge Jesus and the presence He takes in our life. We are absolutely nothing without Him.
