Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 12. I will then key in on verse 2a & 8a - A good man obtains favor from the Lord, A man will be commended according to his wisdom. On today's podcast we will continue our study on the Book of Job. Today we will be looking at Chapter #42 (the last chapter of this wonderful book). By the end of today's lesson four things I ask that you consider are these:
1. Job repents to God.
2. God restored Job twice what he had before.
3. The Lord blessed the later days more than the former days (see Haggai 2:9)
4. Job lived a long life.
Friends, if we repent to God & humble ourself before Him you will obtain favor from the Lord. If you humble yourself before Him you will also acquire wisdom (although this could be a slow process).
Call to Action - Do you approach God (in prayer) with a spirit of humility?
