Welcome to Wisdom today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 16. I will then key in on verse 3 - Commit your actions to the Lord, and your plans will succeed. Listen to the instructions Paul says in the Book of Collisions, Chapter 3, verses 23 & 24 - And whatever you do, do it heartily, as to the Lord and not to men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the reward of the inheritance; for you serve the Lord Christ. If there is anyone tuning in today who doesn't like your job , or your boss, this encouragement is for you. Change your attitude about your situation at work. If you do as I'm asking you to, I believe your situation at work will begin to improve the moment you decide to do this. Today, we will continue our study on the Book of Exodus. Today, we will be looking at two points in the 19th chapter. 1. God reveals Himself to Moses at Mount Sinai (I will read verses 1-9). God wants to make it clear to Moses what He has done for the people, and that we should always remember the goodness of the Lord; 2. God reveals Himself to the People at Mount Sinai - (I will read verses 16-23) - God wants us all (even today) to be mindful of all the good things that we have in our life. CALL to ACTION - my call to action is to have an attitude of gratitude this week. I ask that you be thankful and mindful of all the blessings that you have in life. I will then sing the first verse of a special hymn - Count Your Blessings. Suggested scripture reading: 1. I ask that you read the 19th chapter of the Book of Exodus in its entirety (as I did not touch on all of the verses); 2. I ask that every day this week that you read Psalm 1. This is a wonderful psalm and I believe that if you read it every day, you will get a revelation; 3. I ask that you reread today's proverb, Proverb 16, in its entirety.
